Yup, you can now purchase and rent SD (Standard Definition) movies and t.v. shows directly from your PSP via the PS Video Store.*
You can still purchase or rent on your PS3 and then transfer it to your PSP using Media Go.
*Wi-Fi connection required to access the Playstation Store on the PSP.
